The product you ordered will be delivered to your home for free by our specialized assembly team or by Stileuropa’s delivery vehicle.
In line with Stileuropa’s brand principle, installation and assembly services are provided free of charge by our expert team in certain areas.
To maximize customer satisfaction, Stileuropa delivers to 6 countries in Europe (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, the Netherlands, and Romania).
1.1. Delivery Costs: Delivery costs will be as stated during the order process.
1.2. When We Will Provide the Products:
1.2.1. Delivery of Products: We will deliver the product(s) to you as soon as reasonably possible. The average delivery times stated in the product description will apply from the day you place your order.
1.2.2. Delivery and Product Assembly: When placing your order, you will have the option to pay an extra fee for our product assembly service. If you choose this service, a member of our specialized assembly team will assemble and set up the product(s) at the intended destination upon arrival. This service will be performed on the delivery date unless otherwise agreed.
1.3. At the time of delivery, we will provide a delivery note confirming the delivery date and time, the product(s) delivered, and whether the assembly service is required. You will be asked to sign two copies of this note, one for your records and one for ours.
1.4. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the product(s) is delayed due to an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
You can cancel your order at any point before delivery. If your order has not yet been dispatched, a full refund will be issued without any deductions. If your order has already been dispatched, the delivery fee will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you decide to return your order after it has been delivered, all products must be returned in their original packaging and in a resellable condition.
You can return your products within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact our team by sending an email to [email protected].
If you end the contract due to products that are faulty, damaged, altered, or not delivered, the contract will terminate immediately, and a full refund will be issued without any deductions for any products not properly delivered. If you terminate the contract for reasons other than a problem with the products, a reasonable compensation amount will be deducted to cover any losses incurred by us as a result of your cancellation. If a product has been custom-made to your specifications and is not suitable for sale to another customer, an amount not exceeding half the product’s value will be charged following a discussion with our customer representative.
