Returns & Claims

1. Cancellations Due to Change of Mind:

You can cancel your order at any point before delivery. If your order has not yet been dispatched, a full refund will be issued without any deductions. If your order has already been dispatched, the delivery fee will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

2. Returns Due to Change of Mind:

If you decide to return your order after it has been delivered, all products must be returned in their original packaging and in a resellable condition.

You can return your products within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact our team by sending an email to [email protected].

3. Faulty/Damaged/Altered/Undelivered Products:

If you end the contract due to products that are faulty, damaged, altered, or not delivered, the contract will terminate immediately, and a full refund will be issued without any deductions for any products not properly delivered.

Products must be carefully inspected at the time of delivery, either in-store or upon receipt at your home. Any faults or damages must be identified and reported to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery. Claims for faulty or damaged products that are not reported at the time of delivery may not be accepted.

If you terminate the contract for reasons other than a problem with the products, a reasonable compensation amount will be deducted to cover any losses incurred by us as a result of your cancellation. If a product has been custom-made to your specifications and is not suitable for sale to another customer, a refund or product replacement will be provided following a discussion with our customer representative.

4. Returning Products After Terminating the Contract:

If you terminate the contract after the products have been dispatched and delivered to you, you must return them to us or allow us to collect them within a reasonable time. If you are terminating the contract due to a change made to the product, a pricing or description error, a delay in delivery due to events outside our control, or another issue, the return costs will be covered by us. In all other cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
