Standard Warranty

Coverage

Our standard warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues for a period of 24-Month from the date of purchase.
The warranty applies to all products purchased directly from Stileuropa or authorized retailers.
This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.

What is Covered

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Structural damage or failure due to manufacturing defects.
Hardware components such as hinges, handles, and sliders if found to be defective.

What is Not Covered

Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage.
Damage caused by improper use, misuse, or abuse of the product.
Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Products used for commercial purposes, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact Us: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order details, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective product.
Inspection: Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or photos to assess the issue.
Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will repair the product, provide a replacement, or offer a refund at our discretion.

Warranty Process

Repair: If the issue can be resolved through repair, we will arrange for the necessary repairs to be made at no cost to you.
Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with the same item or a comparable item if the original product is no longer available.
Refund: In cases where repair or replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price.
