Provision of Products

1.1. Delivery Costs: Delivery costs will be as stated during the order process.

1.2. When We Will Provide the Products:

1.2.1. Delivery of Products: We will deliver the product(s) to you as soon as reasonably possible. The average delivery times stated in the product description will apply from the day you place your order.

1.2.2. Delivery and Product Assembly: When placing your order, you will have the option to pay an extra fee for our product assembly service. If you choose this service, a member of our specialized assembly team will assemble and set up the product(s) at the intended destination upon arrival. This service will be performed on the delivery date unless otherwise agreed.

1.3. At the time of delivery, we will provide a delivery note confirming the delivery date and time, the product(s) delivered, and whether the assembly service is required. You will be asked to sign two copies of this note, one for your records and one for ours.

1.4. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the product(s) is delayed due to an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

1.5. Collection by You: If you have asked to collect the products from our premises, we will contact you once the products have been delivered to our premises and are ready for collection. You can then collect the products from us at any time during our working hours (11.00 – 18.00, weekdays, excluding public holidays) from this date.

1.6. If No One Is at Home When the Product Is Delivered: If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your mailbox, we will leave a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot.

1.7. If You Do Not Rearrange Delivery: If you do not collect the products from us as arranged or if, after a failed delivery to you, you do not rearrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs.

1.8. If You Have Paid for Assembly Services and Do Not Allow Us to Provide Them: If you do not allow us access to your property to perform the services as arranged (and you do not have a valid reason for this), we may charge you additional costs incurred as a result. If you request us to rearrange access at an alternative date and time, this will incur an additional cost unless previously agreed upon.

1.9. Your Legal Rights If We Deliver Late: You have legal rights if we deliver any products late. If we miss the delivery deadline for any products, then you can treat the contract as at an end straight away if any of the following apply:

1.9.1. We have refused to deliver the products.

1.10. Setting a New Deadline for Delivery: If you do not wish to treat the contract as at an end straight away, or do not have the right to do so under clause 1.9, you can give us a new deadline for delivery, which must be reasonable, and you can treat the contract as at an end if we do not meet the new deadline.

1.11. Ending the Contract for Late Delivery: If you choose to treat the contract as at an end for late delivery under clause 1.9 or clause 1.10, you can cancel your order for any of the products or reject products that have been delivered. If you wish, you can reject or cancel the order for some of those products (not all of them), unless splitting them would significantly reduce their value. After that, we will refund any sums you have paid for the canceled products and their delivery. If the products have been delivered to you, you must either return them to us or allow us to collect them, and we will pay the costs of this.

1.12. When You Are Responsible for the Product: The product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us or you collect it from us.

1.13. When You Own the Product: Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full. The law determines when ownership of the goods passes to you. Generally, ownership passes to you at the latest upon delivery (or collection by you), but it may pass earlier if we notify you that the goods are ready for dispatch.
